World Day of Prayer for Vocations

This weekend we celebrate World Day of Prayer for Vocations. In his message for the Day, Pope Francis reminds us “Every vocation is a summons not to stand on the shore, nets in hand, but to follow Jesus on the path he has marked out for us, for our own happiness and for the good of those around us.”

In his Chrism Mass Homily last month, Archbishop Martin said “We have great priests and we need to foster future vocations to the priesthood to serve the people of God in this growing and changing diocese.”
