Dr. Dominic Walubengo director of Forest Action Network Kenya will address the congregation at St. Mary’s Pro Cathedral, Dublin, at the 10 and 11am masses on Sunday 2nd March.
The talk is part of the ongoing Lenten Campaign in the Dublin Diocese to address and raise awareness of Climate Change, particularly as it affects the developing world. Between masses throughout the weekend a visual presentation will run which focuses on climate change as it affects the people of Kenya. A special constructed Lenten space incorporating a replica African hut is also on display in the Cathedral for the duration of Lent.
